These terms govern the Verus-AI web service at verus-ai.com. If you subscribed through the iOS or Android app, the Terms of Use (Mobile Apps) apply to that subscription instead.
Verus-AI ("the Service") provides real estate analytics, census tract data visualization, and AI-generated investment reports. By creating an account and completing payment, you agree to these terms.
Verus-AI offers subscription-based access to the platform with the following plans:
The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; you will not be charged during that trial. Pro and Enterprise subscriptions bill immediately on checkout and do not include a trial. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time through the Account page.
Additional usage packs are available for Pro subscribers: 10 reports ($5), 5 property lookups ($15), and 10 chat messages ($5). Pack credits apply to the current billing month.
Each subscription plan includes monthly usage limits as described in the Pricing section above. These limits are designed to accommodate normal usage patterns. Usage counters reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Cached reports and property data may be accessed without counting toward monthly limits. Map views and tract analytics are unlimited for all subscribers.
Verus-AI reserves the right to adjust plan limits with 30 days notice to users. Any changes will maintain limits that support reasonable, regular use of the platform.
You may not use the Service for automated scraping, bulk data extraction, reselling of data or reports, or any use that places unreasonable load on our systems. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
Data is sourced from multiple federal and private sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, the FCC, and the National Center for Education Statistics, combined with AI models. Predictions and ratings are generated by automated systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verus-AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, predictions, or reports. Real estate investments carry inherent risks including the potential loss of principal.
Verus-AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this Service or reliance on its contents. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.
Given the digital nature of the Service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@verus-ai.com for refund requests.
Verus-AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
